Ingredients
  

  • cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and vanilla extract to a small bowl. Stir and put in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes stir and place mixture into blender and blend on high. Add hemp seeds, dates & cinnamon - blend again, you may need to scrape down the sides.
  • Pour chia pudding into a bowl and top with cranberries and coconut flakes.

Notes

TO STORE: The pudding should always be stored in the refrigerator, covered. If you find the pudding has thickened too much, you can add some unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice to thin it out. 
TO FREEZE: Place portions of the pudding in a shallow container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. For the ultimate treat, remove the frozen pudding and place it in the blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
