4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice) ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 2 cloves garlic minced ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ tablespoon sesame seeds optional ½ tablespoon chopped green onions optional
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
