Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt
  • 8 oz 240 ml warm filtered water (about 120 °F / 49 °C)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • Optional: ½ tsp raw honey for mild sweetness
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for a thermogenic boost

Instructions
 

  • Warm & Pour: Heat water to about 120 °F and pour into a heat-safe glass.
  • Dissolve Salt: Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add Flavor: Whisk in fresh lemon juice; if desired, stir in raw honey and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Sip & Wait: Drink slowly over 2–3 minutes on an empty stomach; wait at least 15 minutes before eating.

  • For a refreshing twist, chill and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
