Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
3tablespoonsbutter
2teaspoonsgarlicminced
3tablespoonsflour
2cupschicken broth
1cupheavy cream
1cupgrated parmesan cheese
1cupsun-dried tomatoesdrained

2teaspoonsdried Italian seasoning

Instructions
Cook the Penne Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
