Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm or a handful of fresh leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1 –2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of cinnamon or turmeric optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle or pot.
  • Remove from heat and add lemon balm leaves (fresh or dried).
  • Cover and let steep for 10–15 minutes to extract beneficial compounds.
  • Strain the tea into a cup and discard the leaves.
  • Add fresh lemon juice for detox support.
  • Stir in honey for sweetness and ginger for metabolism boost.
  • Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or turmeric for enhanced fat-burning properties.
