Instructions
Warm the water. Heat 8 oz of filtered water to about 110 °F (warm, not boiling).
Dissolve the salt. Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add citrus & sweetness. Whisk in 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon raw honey until smooth.
Customize (optional). Stir in mint, ginger, cayenne, or coconut water if desired.
Serve. Pour over ice for a chilled tonic or enjoy warm for soothing hydration.
