Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz semisweet or dark chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

Melt Chocolate & Butter:

  • Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

  • Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and creamy. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla.

Add Mix-ins:

  • Fold in marshmallows and nuts gently to avoid overmixing.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients:

  • Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.

Bake:

  • Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes, ensuring the edges are firm but the center remains soft.

Cool:

  • Let brownies cool in the pan before slicing.
