Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice-cold filtered water 240 ml
  • 3 ice cubes optional if water is already chilled
  • 1  tbsp fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 1  tsp raw apple cider vinegar with “mother”
  • 1  tsp raw honey or stevia optional, for sweetness
  • Pinch ground cinnamon optional, for metabolism support

Optional boosters(choose any:)

  • Pinch cayenne pepper for thermogenic effect
  • 3 –4 fresh mint leaves for freshness and digestion
  • ½  tsp grated ginger for digestion and flavor

Instructions
 

Chill and prep

  • Fill a glass or pitcher with ice-cold water and ice cubes to maintain optimal temperature.

Add citrus and vinegar

  • Squeeze in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, then stir in 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar to support appetite control.

Sweeten & spice

  • If you like sweetness, stir in 1 tsp honey (or stevia). Add a pinch of cinnamon to help balance blood sugar. For a metabolism kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper, mint leaves, or grated ginger.
