Instructions
 

Prepare the Onions and Peppers

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil over medium-low heat.
  • Add the sliced onions and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden brown.
  • In a separate pan, sauté the bell peppers with a pinch of salt and pepper for 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Cook the Steak

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Sliders
