Ingredients
  

  • 12 phyllo dough sheets
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • ½ cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Phyllo Cups: Preheat oven to 375°F. Layer 3-4 phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter. Cut into squares and press into a muffin tin to form cups.
  • Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cranberries, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Assemble and Bake: Spoon the filling into the phyllo cups and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
