Instructions

- In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 2–3 minutes.​
- Add eggs and vanilla:
- Combine dry ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture just until combined; do not overmix.​
- Fold in chips and sprinkles:
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup sprinkles until evenly distributed.​
- Scoop and bake:
- Scoop rounded tablespoons (or about 2 tablespoons for larger cookies) onto prepared sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Press a few extra chips and sprinkles on top of each dough ball for a festive look.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers still look slightly soft.​
